  • ThumbnailBaltimore Philharmonia Orchestra
    The Baltimore Composers Forum in collaboration with the Baltimore Philharmonia Orchestra will premiere On A Golden Morning by Harriet Katz, the winner of the Baltimore Composers Forum/Baltimore Philharmonia Orchestra composition competition. There will be two performances of the work on April 30, 2017, 3:00 pm at Loch Raven High School and May 7, 2017, 3:00 pm at St. Anthony of Padua Church. The program, entitled A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words, will also include a performance of Modest Mussorgsky's Pictures at an Exhibition.

  • ThumbnailSongs of Love and Menace
    The Baltimore Composers Forum presents Songs of Love and Menace, featuring performances by Annie Gill, soprano Joseph Regan, tenor and Tim McReynolds, piano, will feature works by Garth Baxter, JinHwa  Choi, Elizabeth Davis, Ljiljana Jovanović, Harriet Katz, Keith Kramer, Janice Macaulay, Jonathan Newmark, Anna Rubin and Hollis Thoms. The program will be presented on Saturday, November 19, 2016, 7:30pm at Christ Lutheran Church Inner Harbor, 701 S. Charles Street, Baltimore, MD 21230. Admission is $15 ($10 students); cash and checks only at the door. Free parking is available behind the church. Reception following.
