Intersegmental 38: Baltimore – November 19, 2023

Another first for the BCF, Intersegmental: 38 is a collaboration with Baltimore/Seoul-based visual artist Mina Cheon, and is realized in 2 parts: Seoul and Baltimore. In this second segment, BCF members respond to the remaining 10 flags in the quest for “composing the global peace,” featuring Ji Eun Kim, soprano, Soyeun Jung, gayageum, Young Jun Lim, guitar and Bonghee Lee, piano. Intersegmental 38, the complete project featuring all 17 flags, will be presented in the Washington Metropolitan Area in spring of 2024.
