Orchestration
– Brass quintet or smaller combination of the available instruments, i.e.. solos, duos, trios and quartets. The additional instruments are acceptable but the rehearsal coordination and fee payment will be the composer’s responsibility.
– Electronic/mixed media compositions with any combination of the brass quintet instruments.
– Solo electronic/mixed media compositions are NOT accepted.
Duration
– Maximum 6 minutes 30 seconds.
– If you are submitting more than one composition, combined duration must be 6 minutes 30 seconds.
Deadline
– January 16, 2027.
Submissions
– Full score and parts and if applicable audio file (wav.) of the electronic music part.
– Short bio and program note (combined word count 250 words).
– Short bio (150 words) of any additional musicians.
– Midi audio file of the entire work is optional.

Production Fee
– One composition $100 ($50 for students) and $150 for two works ($100 for students) payable at the time of the submission through our website’s Donation link.
– PayPal sends direct updates, no need to submit the receipt.
